Qualified Reviewer Requirements

We seek physicians from all specialties who meet the following requirements:

Current, unrestricted U.S. medical license

ABMS/AOA Board Certification

At least 5 years or direct patient care

Ability to meet strict turnaround times

Peer-to-peer contact required for peer reviews

MES Solutions (MES) is an independent Medical Examination (IME) and Peer Review Services company. Peer Review Services (PRS) is a division of MES. Both companies provide services to national insurance carriers, corporations and government agencies across the country. PRS is an accredited Independent Review Organization - Comprehensive (IRO-C), and MES is accredited for CORE Organizational Quality, Workers' Compensation, and Utilization Management.

MES manages every step of the referral. The cases are sent to you by our professionals or our registered nurses. Our dedicated well-trained staff works directly with you to coordinate exams and reviews around your schedule. Turnaround time for cases is critical due to regulatory and client requirements, and most peer review cases require attending physician contact.

MES completes annual retrospective security audits, frequent cyber investigations, and defense reviews. Our platform is designed to observe and protect PHI and IIHI.
